Core Prospects Care Services is a registered Domiciliary Care Agency providing support to individuals at home or day care/ outreachwhich is community based. In our Supported Living schemes, we are able to provide the well deserve break (respite care) to carers or training for those who want to acquire the necessary skills towards independent living.

Our service is based on a ‘Person Centred’ approach which means that we focus on the individuals needs and personalizethe service to ensure that they have the opportunity to do what they want to do and how they feel they need to besupported with. By doing this we put them fully in control of their lives.

We work on the belief that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, respect and to be given the opportunity to make choices in lives irrespective of their age, disability, colour, marital status, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, linguistic background (the language they speak) or gender (male/female).

The health and social care needs of our service users is important to us and as such we ensure that services are delivered by professionals from Social Work/Health background and trained qualified Support Workers. Therefore, a great deal of trouble is taken when choosing the appropriate staff. We check the qualifications of all our carers rigorously and all references including Police check (CRB) to ensure that our service users, their families, friends and representatives are assured with the knowledge that they are in safe hands.

Core Prospects Care Services is approved and regulated by Care Quality Commission (Inspection) who has awarded our services with ‘good recommendations’. Our agency operates under strict Quality Assurance Policy which is reviewed annually or as required.

Core Prospects is located in South Harrow and is committed to serve the ever-growing multicultural community. This is reflective in our workforce: our staff are from different racial/cultural background.

We provide services to adults (18yrs plus) with social care needs and accept referrals from Local Authorities, Voluntary Organisations, Hospitals and from Individuals.

We offer practical/emotional/social support as well as educational /employment opportunities and assist tailor the service to your individual requirements. We can even give you advice on your benefits. Our services are available short or long term, from a 30 minutes call to 24 hours a day all year long.

Core prospects also recognizes that there may be a need for more personal care need support and can assist you with your more intimate daily routine such as washing and dressing. We are able to also provide more complex care needs following an illness or discharge from hospital. If you fund your care from your own resources or receive assistance in the form of a Direct Payments, Individual Budget (IB) or Self Directed Support (SDS) we can assist you.
