Introduction

Core Prospects Services provides Home Care services to the individual’s home or out in the community through our Support Workers or any other familiar surroundings. We work with Adults with varied disabilities such as those with learning or physical disabilities, autism, mental health problems, elderly, drugs and alcohol problems.

We plan to work in joint venture with service users and their family or friends to provide care of the highest quality, promoting independence within the framework of the essential values of daily living. We are able to provide carers to look after every need, in the comfort of a service users own home.

There are many reasons why you may be considering Home Care options. You may be looking for immediate home help or personal care for an elderly friend or loved one, or you may be seeking care for yourself.

Your needs may vary from light support and home help to more intensive needs such as personal care, night care, dementia care or full time live in care. Those requirements could be the result of an accident or illness, recovery from an operation or hospital visit, or simply to help you enjoy a better quality of life. Our Home Care service promotes independent living and can be a great alternative to residential care homes and nursing care.

Packages of care are individually tailored to individual needs and can range from 1/2 hour per week to 24 hours a day.

• Escort services – appointments/educational/social
• Overnight services or Respite Care

The service we provide are available 24 hours a day , 7 days a week and all year round as we fully understand peoples care needs and the circumstances they might find themselves in.
